Mr. Sherlaw received his B.S. degree in Environmental Health from the University of Massachusetts and his M.P.H. from the University of Michigan and is a Registered Sanitarian. He is a domestic and international food safety consultant specializing in HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's, CODEX and Hygiene. He has worked both in the regulatory and private sectors. Mr. Sherlaw has extensive experience in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America where he has developed cooperative agreements, partnerships and conducted audits of equipment manufacturers and food processors. In addition he has served as a NGO member of the Codex Committees on Food Hygiene and Food Import/Export Certification and Inspection. Mr. Sherlaw formed Food Safety Consulting International (FSCI) in 1998 to provide a suite of HACCP-based food safety consulting, auditing, and training services. |
